Obstacle Course Racing organizers Gab Rosario and Paul Daniel Ravarra share information about the mechanics of Obstacle Course Racing, which is also slated as one of the new events to look out for in the 2019 SEA Games. The program then visits Alexandra Eala who explains how she balances her responsibilities in school with her career as a tennis player, and talks about the type dedication needed to play at a high level. Alexandra's father Michael Francis Eala also shares how they strive to balance Alex's career as a athlete with family and leisure time. Finally, Brazilian Jiu-jitsu champion Mauricio "Tinguinha" Mariano looks back at how the sport changed his life.
