Lea Salonga is the daughter of Feliciano Genuino Salonga and Ligaya Alcantara Imutan. At a young age, Lea already knew that she wanted to perform and appeared in The King and I at age 7. At 17, Lea decided to try her luck abroad and ended up getting the lead role for Miss Saigon. She was also the first Asian to play Eponine and Fantine for the popular Broadway play, Les Miserables. Lea continues to perform and she will lend her expertise in the upcoming Philippines version of The Voice.
