NU Bulldogs

BIRTHDAY
07 Wins - 07 Losses

NU Bulldogs

After 60 years, the Bulldogs managed to rock the whole UAAP scene last year, emerging victorious as the UAAP 77's champions. It was a victory that came completely from the left field as both big man John Mbe had left and former two-time MVP Bobby Ray Parks had moved on. In spite of Ateneo's twice-to-beat advantage, the NU BUlldogs managed to come out victorious against all odds, all 60 years worth of it.| But that was last year and UAAP 78 promises to be a different story. With drastic changes sweeping across the different schools participating in this year's tournament, the Bulldogs will have defend their championship against a drastically different competitive landscape.| Facing their own changes, the Bulldogs have to find a way to carry on despite the void left behind by the graduation of some of their key players from previous seasons. The loss of Troy Rosario and Glenn Khobuntin, key players last season, will be a huge performance gap to make up for, considering majority of the team's ranks are now filled up by rookies. Established players will have to work double time to keep the momentum while rookies players will be forced to keep up with the new pace the team must set as they enter this season as the hunted, rather than the hunters.|
