A.  Register using your Social Network Account:
    1.  Click "Register for Free Trial" on the top portion of the front page
    2.  Choose any from the social network accounts and click on the icon
    3.  A prompt will ask you to enter your Social Network Account’s log in information.
    4.  After logging in, click "allow on the accept permissions prompt".
    5.  Enter your Social Network account’s login information and click on the "Link Account".
  
 

B.  Create a new account
    1.  Click "Register for Free Trial" on the top portion of the front page
    2.  Fill-up the required account information
    3.  Click  on the "Register for Free Trial" tab

2.  From the Entertainment/News/Movies/Live drop down button, choose and click preferred show
3.  Choose from the list of episodes by clicking on the play button

The price offering on TFC.tv is based on industry standards for online movie subscriptions intended to be consumed through desktop and laptop computers, as well as tablet and mobile devices.

TFC Everywhere is value added feature offered to TFC DTH or IPTV subscribers who availed a Premium package subscription.

Existing TFC Subscribers (“owned” platforms) will have access to select content (TV shows, movies, etc.) online for FREE — only if the customer was authenticated or verified that he/she has an existing active/current TFC premium subscription. 

The on-line viewing of TFC will be made feasible through our on-line platform, TFC.tv.

TFC Everywhere access will be co-terminus to the status of the primary TFC platform (DTH/IPTV) subscription service.

a. More tailored viewing experience to strengthen and extend the value of TFC subscription.

b. Address the need to catch up on missed programs from my linear platform.

c. Expand viewing experience inside or outside the home.

All subscribers who have an existing premium package subscription on DTH or IPTV can avail of TFC Everywhere.

Access to TFC Everywhere will be made available to as many devise possible; this includes but not limited to the following devices:

- Smart TV
- PC/Laptop
- Tablet
- Smartphone

TFC Everywhere Access is not limited to a specific IP address. As long as there is an available internet connection, subscriber can access TFC Everywhere within specified region coverage.

Example, if your location is in EU and your account is registered in US, you will not able to view the videos under TFC Everywhere. You can only access if your location is in US.

 

Even if subscribers have registered for TFC Everywhere, they will not be able to view content or order any paid content when they are outside the specified region coverage.

Your TFC Everywhere access can only be accessible on the specified region coverage. You will not be able to view content if you are outside the coverage area.

2. For archived teleseryes, all episodes are available for viewing.
3. For TV and Current Affairs shows currently airing, all latest episodes in the past 7 days are available for viewing.
4. For daily news shows, all latest episodes in the past 1 week are available for viewing.
5. For archived shows, all episodes are available for viewing.

All archived movies are available for viewing.

SPORTS
Season/Conference: All current Seasons/Conference games available for viewing until 15 days after the airing of the last game. All archived Seasons/Conference games available for viewing for 30 days after purchase.
Final Pass: All current Seasons/Conference finals games available for viewing until 15 days after the airing of the last game. All archived Seasons/Conference finals games available for viewing for 30 days after purchase.

LIVE
ANC/DZMM/Teleradyo 1 Day: Live streaming available for viewing for 24 hours.
ANC/DZMM/Teleradyo 7 Days: Live streaming available for viewing for 7 days.
ANC/DZMM/Teleradyo 30 Days: Live streaming available for viewing for 30 days.
Live TV Shows: Live streaming of live episode available for viewing for 1 studio taping.

All existing episodes in the past 2 weeks are available for viewing for 14 days after purchase.

You may view your transactions by:

3.  Select "My transactions" on the dropdown list.
4.  The transactions you made will be displayed with the following details:
      a. Product availed
      b. Date and amount purchased
      c. Currency
      d. Type and mode of subscription

You may view your entitlement by:

1.  Sign in using your social network account or by using your TFC.tv credentials.
2.  Click the "Gear" icon located at the upper right portion of the page.
3.  Select "My Entitlement" on the dropdown list.
4.  Your entitlement will be displayed with the following details:
    a. Transaction ID
    b. Subscription purchased
    c. Expiry Date

You may retrieve your password by following these steps:

1)  On the frontpage, click on "Sign In" button.
2)  Click on "Forgot your password, click here.." link
3)  Click on "Submit" button.
4)  Check your email to retrieve password.

 

You may change your password by following these steps:

1.  Sign in using your social network account or by using your TFC.tv credentials.
2.  Click the "Gear" icon located at the upper right portion of the page.
3.  Select "My Profile" on the dropdown list.
4.  In the Profile page, click "Edit profile".
5.  In the Edit Your Profile Page, click "Change Password"
5.  In the Change Your Password page, enter your current and new password, reconfirm then click "Submit" button.

You may view or edit your account information by following these steps:

1.  Sign in using your social network account or by using your TFC.tv credentials.
2.  Click the "Gear" icon located at the upper right portion of the page.
3.  Select "My Profile" on the dropdown list.
4.  In the Profile page, click "Edit profile".
5.  In the Edit Your Profile Page, edit account information by updating assigned fields or by adding a social network to your current profile

 No. The email address is already linked to your TFC.tv account and cannot be changed nor edited.

You may remove your account from every update and notification sent by TFC.tv by clicking the word "here" at the buttom of the email sent to you. The message is "If you do not want to receive any more emails from TFC.tv, please click on the unsubscribe button below. To unsubscribe, please click here."

1.  Sign in using your social network account or by using your TFC.tv credentials.
2.  Click the "Gear" icon located at the upper right portion of the page.
3.  Select "My Profile" on the dropdown list.
4.  In the Profile page, Click "Edit Profile".
5.  In the account information, change/edit your City, State and Country.
6.  Click "Submit" button.
7.  A message will prompt to inform you that the account is updated.

If updating of your account takes longer than 24 hours, you may contact our customer support to assist you.

 

A TFC.tv account cannot be deleted nor deactivated. The site does not have any policy against the use of fictional data to protect user privacy. Thus, customer may edit or remove his/her personal information in the Profile Page. However, we highly encourage customers to use correct information for validation purposes.

How to Edit Profile Name:

1.   Sign in using your social network account or by using your TFC.tv credentials.
2.   Click the "Gear" icon located at the upper right portion of the page.
3.   Select "My Profile" on the dropdown list.
4.   In the Profile page, Click "Edit Profile".
5.   Remove any personal information provided and change it to N/A.
6.   On the Default Privacy settings, you may tick the box if you want to keep your TFC.tv profile private and unchecked the following two items:
    a. I want to automatically share my TFC.tv activities on TFC.tv page.
    b. I want to automatically share my TFC.tv activities on the social networking accounts I have linked to my TFC.tv account

Yes. If your profile name is edited to N/A or any name/character, please edit to correct details for validation purposes. After editing it, you may renew your subscription. You may contact our chat representative for further assistance.

The privacy settings on TFC.tv depend on the social network account that you are registered to:

  1. For Facebook, please refer to this link and you will directed to Privacy Settings and Tool
  2. For Twitter, please refer to this link and go to "Security and Privacy".
  3. For LinkedIn, please refer to this link and go to Profile > Privacy Controls.
  4. For Yahoo, open your email account and go to Settings > Privacy. Read carefully  the Yahoo! Privacy Policy.
  5. For Microsoft, open your email account and got ot Profile > Account Settings > Overview > Personal Info. Read carefully the Privacy and Cookies statement

Your profile may be viewed depending on your preferred privacy setting option on TFC.tv.

To change your privacy settings:

1. Click the "Gear" icon located at the upper right portion of the page
1. Click "My Profile" found on the dropdown list.
2. Click on "Edit My Profile" button.
3. Select from the options under Privacy Settings.

You have 3 options on how to manage your activities on TFC.tv:

1.  Automatically share your TFC.tv activities on TFC.tv page
2.  Automatically share your TFC.tv activities on your linked social networking account/s
3.  Keep your TFC.tv profile page private

Your TFC.tv activities are automatically shared on TFC.tv page and on your linked social networking accounts upon sign-in/registration.  Your profile page can also be viewed by everyone. You may change this by selecting privacy setting option under Edit My Profile.

TFC.tv offers prepaid cards that provide flexible ways to purchase the subscription and retail products of your choice. They are affordable and come in two sets to suit your online viewing needs:

Load Card
You can purchase the amount you want to load to your TFC.tv account in specific denominations.
US$5 and US$10 variants are available in set retail prices in your region’s local currencies.
Once activated, you can then use the amount loaded in your E-wallet to purchase the available TFC.tv products of your choice!

Subscription Card
You can activate a specific subscription package directly to your TFC.tv account.

Yes, prepaid cards expire thefore its best to consume upon purchase.  You may refer to its validity at the back of the card.

6.  Click "Subscribe Now" button.
7.  Upon successful loading, a message prompt will confirm your acquired subscription.

2. Click "Prepaid Card" button
3. Enter the Serial Number and PIN.
    NOTE: Please do not include spaces when entering the alphanumeric characters.
4. Click "Activate Now " button.

 

The TFC.tv E-Wallet is an online payment service that lets you purchase funds through credit card or prepaid card. Not expiring for a year after loading, the funds in your E-Wallet can be used to purchase the TFC.tv subscription packages and retail products of your choice. The more funds you load, the more products you can buy! Through the TFC.tv E-Wallet, managing your budget online is an easy and convenient.

To reload your E-Wallet:

1.  Sign-in by using your social network account or by using your TFC.tv credentials.
2.  Click on the "Gear" Icon located at the upper right portion of the page.
3.  Click on "Load E-Wallet" on the dropdown list.
4.  You will directed to the Load E-wallet page.
5.  Select your preferred mode of payment (Prepaid Card, Credit Card, PayPal, Mopay and etc.).
6.  Enter required fields then click "Subscribe Now".
7.  Upon successful reload, a notification will confirm your transaction.

Yes, your E-wallet credit will expire in 90 days upon loading, therefore it is best to consume upon purchase.

To purchase using E-wallet:

1. Sign-in by using your social network account or by using your TFC.tv credentials.
2. Click "Subscribe" found at the bottom of the page.
3. You will be directed to the Subscription page.
4. Select the preferred package.
5. Click on "E-wallet" tab.

7. Confirm the payment and a notification will be prompted that your payment is successful.

Note: Always check your order(package selected and the amount) before you proceed with the payment to avoid errors, or delays.

    NOTE: Please read the Service agreement and Autopayment Renewal before you proceed with the payment.
6. Once you entered the required details and read the service agreement, click "Subscribe Now" button.
7. Then you will be informed if the payment is successful or not.

 

To subscribe using your PayPal:

1. Sign–in using your email address and password.

Smart Pit, a service provided by NTT Comware, which allows customers to make payments at authorized convenience stores without a bill issued by the Vendor.

SmartPit card has no personal information of users such as numbers of bank account or credit card to prevent unauthorized use of cards by a third party or leakage of information.

To enroll Smartpit for TFC.tv, please follow the procedure below:

1. Log-in using email address
2. Click the "Gear" icon located at the upper right portion of the page.
3. select “Load E-Wallet" on the dropdown list.
4. You will be directed to the Reload E-Wallet page and click on "Smartpit" tab.
5. In the Enrollment page, if you have a Smartpit Number, enter the details on the Smartpit Card Number field.
6. Click on "Enroll your Smartpit card Number" button. A prompt message will confirm your enrollment.
7. If you dont have a Smartpit Card number, click on "Generate your Smartpit Card number" button and follow procedure 1-6.

Please take note that the assigned smartpit number for TFC.tv is NOT applicable to TFCko subscription.

a. LAWSON and MINISTOP: use LOPPI payment terminal
b. FAMILY MART: use FAMIPORT payment terminal

No. The Smartpit generated from TFC.tv is exclusively for TFC.tv and not for TFCko subscription.

Yes. The Smartpit generated from TFCko is applicable for TFCko and TFC.tv subscription. Please see below the procedure:

1. Log-in using email address
2. Click the "Gear" icon located at the upper right portion of the page.
3. select “Load E-Wallet" on the dropdown list.
4. You will be directed to the Reload E-Wallet page and click on "Smartpit" tab.
5. In the Enrollment page, if you have a Smartpit Number, enter the details on the Smartpit Card Number field.
6. Click on "Enroll your Smartpit card Number" button. A prompt message will confirm your enrollment.

Yes. The Smartpit generated from TFCko is applicable for TFCko and TFC.tv subscription. Please see below the procedure:

1. Log-in using email address
2. Click the "Gear" icon located at the upper right portion of the page.
3. select “Load E-Wallet" on the dropdown list.
4. You will be directed to the Reload E-Wallet page and click on "Smartpit" tab.
5. In the Smartpit page, the Smartpit Number will be displayed.

- It is a method of payment where it automatically renews the subscription before the expiration date.
- Available initially for Credit Card and PayPal payments only.
- Available for Premium Subscription only
- Not available for retail products to prevent auto-renewal of subscription for specific content  that are no longer airing.

 

Yes, you may un-enroll your existing credit card. You must cancel it at least three (3) days prior to your expiration date.

To un-enroll from automatic renewal, please follow these steps:

1. Click the "Gear" icon located at the upper right portion of the page
2, Select "My Profile" on the dropdown list.
2. In the Profile page, click "Edit my Profile" button.
3. In the Edit Your Profile page, check if there is an enrolled autopayment under "Manage Subscription Automatic Renewal".
4. Untick the box of the subscription package on which he/she is enrolled.
5. Click "Submit" button. You will be notified that your next renewal will not be deducted automatically.

No, You can only enroll ONE credit card to use for automatic renewal.

The processing of auto-renewal begins 3 days before the expected expiration of the purchased subscription.

Within these 3 days, TFC.tv will try to renew your subscription. If attempts fail on the 3rd day, autorenew enrollment will be cancelled and you will need to re-enroll a new card for continuous viewing by contacting our customer service.

You may link your social network account to TFC.tv by following these simple steps:

1)  On the upper right portion of the front page, select and click on any of the social network accounts available
2)  Enter your social network account log-in information.

3)  Upon log-in, click Allow
4)  On Link Your TFC.tv account window, enter your social network account log-in details


 

You may update your status by following these simple steps:

1.  Sign-in by using your social network account or by using your TFC.tv credentials
2.  On your profile page, click your name on the front page (upper left portion)
3.  On your profile page, type on the word balloon
4.  Click "Submit" button.


 

Unlinking your account depends on the social network account you are using:

1.  To unlink your Facebook, please refer to this link.
2.  To unlink your Twitter, please refer to this link.
3.  To unlink your Yahoo, please refer to this link.
4.  To unlink your LinkedIn, please refer to this link.

Once your social network account has been unlinked, you may need to make necessary changes on TFC.tv:

1.  Sign-in using your TFC.tv credentials (email and password)
2.  To land on your profile page, click your name on the front page (upper left portion)
3.  On your profile page, click Edit My Profile
4.  Under Edit My Profile, unlink your social network account by clicking on Disconnect


 

Google Plus is actively undergoing updates on their privacy and linking policies for user accounts. We will be including Google Plus among the other social networking accounts that can be linked to your TFC.tv account as soon as we have confirmed and aligned with their policies.

To "love" a show:

1.  Sign-in by using your social network account or by using your TFC.tv credentials
2.  From the Entertainment/News/Movies/Live drop down button, click preferred show
3.  Click on the Love button
4.  You may also share "loved" show with your friends via your social network account by clicking on Share

To "love" a celebrity:

1.  Sign-in by using your social network account or by using your TFC.tv credentials
2.  On the front page under Featured celebrities, click on preferred celebrity
3.  On the celebrity page, click on the Love button




 

To rate and review a show:

1.  Sign-in by using your social network account or by using your TFC.tv credentials
2.  From the Entertainment/News/Movies/Live drop down button, click preferred show
3.  Under Ratings and Reviews on the show or episode page, post your overall rating from 1-5 stars
4.  Write your review under your rating, then click Post

Step 1: Click the Apple icon in the upper-left corner of your screen.

  1. Go to Toolbar located at the right side of address bar and select “About Google Chrome”.
  2. Google Chrome will automatically check for updates and ensure the status is “Google Chrome is up to date.”

  3. Select “Clear browsing data”.
  4. In the dialog that appears, select the checkboxes for the types of information that you want to remove.
  5. Use the menu at the top to select the amount of data that you want to delete. Select beginning of time to delete everything.

1. Update the shockwave plug-in by following the procedure:
     a. Download the shockwave plug-in using your Google Chrome by going to this link: http://get.adobe.com/shockwave/.
     b. Please click on "Agree and install now". Program will start running, and wait until it's complete.
     c. Click on the file then choose "Run". You will be prompted that Adobe Shockwave is successfully downloaded.

2. An Adobe Flash Player window will be displayed showing the version information you have. The table indicated will show you the latest player version depending on your browser/platform. 

3. The result will show the Flash Player version if it is updated or not. If your player is an older version, you need to update it.

     a.  Click this link to go to Adobe Flash Player website
     b.  Click "Install" button to perform installation.
     c.  Follow the instructions on how to install
     d.  Once the installation is complete, check your video if it's working

2. If the flash player is updated but still not working, check if the flash player add-on is enabled by going:
    a. In the Internet Explorer menu, select Tools > Manage Add-ons.
    b. Select Shockwave Flash Object in the list of add-ons if it's enabled. If not, click "Enable" and close the window
        Note: If you do not see Shockwave Flash Object in the list, then Flash Player is not installed for Internet Explorer.

3. If still not working, go to this link for empty cache procedure.
 

  1. Click the gear icon at the top right to open the Settings menu and select Safety > Delete Browsing History.
  2. Select "Temporary Internet Files". You will also need to uncheck all of the other boxes, especially Preserve Favorites website data. This option makes the window delete objects from websites in your Favorites folder, which is necessary to completely clear your cache.
  3. Click the "Delete" button near the bottom of the window to perform the empty the cache.
  4. After a few minutes, the process will be complete.

  8. Under Advanced tab, make sure the “Allow Adobe to install updates (recommended)” under Updates is ticked.

 Laptop/Desktop

  1. Open Safari browser, click “Safari Icon” located beside the Apple logo then select “Reset Safari”.
  2. Check  “Empty Caches” only  then click “Reset”.

iPhone/iPad

  1. Go to “Settings”.
  2. Then select “Safari”
  3. Scroll down the screen and select “Clear Cookies and Data”
  4. Click again the “Clear Cookies and Data”

Adaptive Streaming will allow our system to automatically select the best video quality based on your internet speed and computer capacity in real time and adjusting the quality of a video stream accordingly to give you the smoothest video playback available.

Progressive Download

Progressive download is download process that allows the user to access content before the media data transfer is complete.

For users with less than the recommended internet connection, TFC.tv offers progressive download that lets you choose between a high quality (Bit rate: 800 Kbps) and low quality (Bit rate: 500 Kbps) version of the video and preloads the video for you.

Buffering refers to downloading a certain amount of data before starting to play music or movie. If the network is slow, the playback of the video may not keep up, thus, buffering occurs and causes delay in viewing video or listening audio.

Troubleshooting Guide:

  1. Restart computer/laptop.
  2. Turn off modem or WiFi router for 2-3 mintues, then turn on. Check if shared with other users.

  4. Conduct speed test. Go to this link to test your speed.
    1. If the download speed is below 512kbps, call your local ISP for assistance.
    2. If the download speed is above 512kbps, try the Progressive Download. There is an option to choose either “Play High” or “Play Low” Please see more information by clicking this link.

2. If the video is still not working, here are the following options that might help in resolving your technical problem:
     a. Close other tabs and browsers.
     b. Close the browser and try to re-open it.

Email address and password is not accepted by the browser using Windows. After clicking sign in button, the window for email address and password is blank.

Troubleshooting Guide:

1.  Click "Start button".
2.  Go to Control Panel.
3.  In Network and Internet, click on "Internet Option".
4.  Go to Privacy tab. Select a setting for the Internet zone, drag the slide bar to the lowest level to "Accept All Cookies”
5.  Click Apply then Ok.
6.  Try to sign in again.

 

  1. Check the volume of the video you are watching if full volume.
  2. Ensure that the side switch button is not in Mute or there is no orange mark.  To further check, move the side switch up or down, and you will see the icon on the screen showing that your ringer is on or off.
  3. If still no sound, please see below to check the settings:
    1. Tap the “Assistive Touch button/Home Button”.
    2. Select “Device”.
    3. Check the volume settings if it's on “Mute” or “Unmute”. Check the speaker on the right side and slide it to full volume. Then you may try to play again the video.

Probable Cause: If you are using Safari, JavaScript may not be enabled. Try to enable the JavaScript on your iPhone/Ipad by following the instructions below:

  1. Go to the Home screen by pressing the “Home button” or by unlocking your phone and press the settings button.
  2. Select Safari from the Settings menu and tap the “Advanced”
  3. Turn on “JavaScript”
  4. Press the Home button to return the iPhone home screen.
  5. Open the Safari and try to play again

If you still get the same issue, please go to http://www.speedtest.net/ to determine your internet speed. If the result is below than the required bandwidth (minimum at least 512kbps), try the following procedure

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Tap on “General”.
  3. Tap on “Cellular”.
  4. Toggle “Enable LTE” to Off.
  5. Try to access the videos again.

Probable Cause: Internet connection may be slow.

Try the following procedure:

  1. Tap Settings > Wi-Fi and turn Wi-Fi off and then on again.
  2. Check your Wi-Fi signal if within range and has fair-to-strong signal.
  3. Check your Wi-Fi router and Cable/DSL modem are connected and turned on.
  4. Check also your other devices (e.g. laptop, desktop) if they are able to connect to the Wi-Fi network and access to the Internet.
  5. If this problem is still the same, please reset your network settings by tapping the General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.

 

Probable Cause: The iPhone/iPad may have lose its configuration

Try the procedure below:

  1. Close the Safari browser
  2. Go to Settings > Safari
  3. Ensure that JavaScript and Plug-Ins are enabled. Try to turn them OFF and ON again.
  4. Ensure that "Accept Cookies" is set to "From Visited" or "Always". For iOS 7, ensure that “Block Cookies” is set to “Never”.
  5. Click "Clear History".
  6. Click "Clear Cookies and Data".
  7. Turn your iPhone completely OFF for a few moment, and then turn it back on again.
  8. Open the Safari Browser and try to sign in again

Only Mozilla Firefox browser will be able to work once adobe flash player is installed. Other browsers will experience error or the plug-in is not available.

To install Adobe Flash Player to your Mozilla browser

  2. Search for a flash player that is compatible to your Android operating system

          Note: If your Android version is 4.0 and above, search the flash player for Android 4.0

  3. Once the installation is complete, restart the device.

    2. If it says “No”, try to reinstall the adobe flash player.

          You may remove your account from every update and notification sent by TFC.tv by clicking the word "here" at the buttom of the email sent to you. The message is "If you do not want to receive any more emails from TFC.tv, please click on the unsubscribe button below. To unsubscribe, please click here."

      • How to change my location?

          1.  Sign in using your social network account or by using your TFC.tv credentials.
          2.  Click the "Gear" icon located at the upper right portion of the page.
          3.  Select "My Profile" on the dropdown list.
          4.  In the Profile page, Click "Edit Profile".
          5.  In the account information, change/edit your City, State and Country.

          A TFC.tv account cannot be deleted nor deactivated. The site does not have any policy against the use of fictional data to protect user privacy. Thus, customer may edit or remove his/her personal information in the Profile Page. However, we highly encourage customers to use correct information for validation purposes.

          How to Edit Profile Name:

          1.   Sign in using your social network account or by using your TFC.tv credentials.
          2.   Click the "Gear" icon located at the upper right portion of the page.
          3.   Select "My Profile" on the dropdown list.
          4.   In the Profile page, Click "Edit Profile".
          5.   Remove any personal information provided and change it to N/A.
          6.   On the Default Privacy settings, you may tick the box if you want to keep your TFC.tv profile private and unchecked the following two items:
              a. I want to automatically share my TFC.tv activities on TFC.tv page.

          No, You can only enroll ONE credit card to use for automatic renewal.

      • After enrolling my credit card, when will it start charging my subscription renewal?

          The processing of auto-renewal begins 3 days before the expected expiration of the purchased subscription.

          Within these 3 days, TFC.tv will try to renew your subscription. If attempts fail on the 3rd day, autorenew enrollment will be cancelled and you will need to re-enroll a new card for continuous viewing by contacting our customer service.

          1. Check first the procedures indicated under Technical Issues depending on your browser to resolve your video problem.

          2. If the video is still not working, here are the following options that might help in resolving your technical problem:
               a. Close other tabs and browsers.
               b. Close the browser and try to re-open it.
               c. Turn off modem or WiFi router for 2-3 mintues, then turn on. Check if shared with other users.
               d. Check the location if there are any microwaves that might cause the WiFi’s signal strength to weaken or interrupt
               e. Restart computer / laptop
               f. Try other browsers such as Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox.

           

      • Log-in Problem on Windows

          Email address and password is not accepted by the browser using Windows. After clicking sign in button, the window for email address and password is blank.

          Troubleshooting Guide:

          1.  Click "Start button".
          2.  Go to Control Panel.
          3.  In Network and Internet, click on "Internet Option".
          4.  Go to Privacy tab. Select a setting for the Internet zone, drag the slide bar to the lowest level to "Accept All Cookies”
          5.  Click Apply then Ok.
          6.  Try to sign in again.

           

    • iOS Devices (iPhone, iPad)
      • No sound on IPad

          1. Check the volume of the video you are watching if full volume.
          2. Ensure that the side switch button is not in Mute or there is no orange mark.  To further check, move the side switch up or down, and you will see the icon on the screen showing that your ringer is on or off.
          3. If still no sound, please see below to check the settings:
            1. Tap the “Assistive Touch button/Home Button”.
            2. Select “Device”.
            3. Check the volume settings if it's on “Mute” or “Unmute”. Check the speaker on the right side and slide it to full volume. Then you may try to play again the video.

      • Loading only on Safari

          Probable Cause: If you are using Safari, JavaScript may not be enabled. Try to enable the JavaScript on your iPhone/Ipad by following the instructions below:

          1. Go to the Home screen by pressing the “Home button” or by unlocking your phone and press the settings button.
          2. Select Safari from the Settings menu and tap the “Advanced”
          3. Turn on “JavaScript”
          4. Press the Home button to return the iPhone home screen.
          5. Open the Safari and try to play again

          If you still get the same issue, please go to http://www.speedtest.net/ to determine your internet speed. If the result is below than the required bandwidth (minimum at least 512kbps), try the following procedure

          1. Go to Settings.
          2. Tap on “General”.
          3. Tap on “Cellular”.
          4. Toggle “Enable LTE” to Off.
          5. Try to access the videos again.

      • Black Screen

          Probable Cause: Internet connection may be slow.

          Try the following procedure:

          1. Tap Settings > Wi-Fi and turn Wi-Fi off and then on again.
          2. Check your Wi-Fi signal if within range and has fair-to-strong signal.
          3. Check your Wi-Fi router and Cable/DSL modem are connected and turned on.
          4. Check also your other devices (e.g. laptop, desktop) if they are able to connect to the Wi-Fi network and access to the Internet.
          5. If this problem is still the same, please reset your network settings by tapping the General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.

           

      • Signing-in Problem on Safari

          Probable Cause: The iPhone/iPad may have lose its configuration

          Try the procedure below:

          1. Close the Safari browser
          2. Go to Settings > Safari
          3. Ensure that JavaScript and Plug-Ins are enabled. Try to turn them OFF and ON again.
          4. Ensure that "Accept Cookies" is set to "From Visited" or "Always". For iOS 7, ensure that “Block Cookies” is set to “Never”.
          5. Click "Clear History".
          6. Click "Clear Cookies and Data".
          7. Turn your iPhone completely OFF for a few moment, and then turn it back on again.
          8. Open the Safari Browser and try to sign in again

    • Android Devices

          Only Mozilla Firefox browser will be able to work once adobe flash player is installed. Other browsers will experience error or the plug-in is not available.

          To install Adobe Flash Player to your Mozilla browser

          2. Search for a flash player that is compatible to your Android operating system

                    Note: If your Android version is 4.0 and above, search the flash player for Android 4.0

          1. Tap the latest release of flash player to start download
          2. Follow the instructions until the installation is complete.
          3. Once the installation is complete, restart the device.
          4. After restart, go to this link to check if the flash player is installed. http://isflashinstalled.com/>
            1. If it says “YES”, close and re-open your Mozilla browser. Try to play the video again
            2. If it says “No”, try to reinstall the adobe flash player.

      • Loading only / No Play button

          Probable Cause: This might be due to slow internet connection.

          1. Try to reset the modem router for about 1 minute and turn it on.
          2. If you still get the same issue, please go to http://www.speedtest.net/ to determine your internet speed. If the result is below than the required bandwidth (minimum at least 512kbps), contact your local ISP.

          1. Try other playing options, “Play High” and “Play Low”
          2. If it doesn’t work, try to reset the modem router for about 1 minute and turn it on.
