Judy Anne Lumagui Santos-Agoncillo, popularly known as Judy Ann Santos or Juday/Judai, is an award-winning Filipina film and television actress, product endorser, recording artist, and film producer. Born in Manila to Carolina, a bank officer, and Manuel, a businessman. She has two older siblings, Jeffrey and Jacqueline. After Juday's parents separated in 1981, she and her siblings were single-handedly raised by their mother, fondly called by the media as Mommy Carol. When Judy Ann was six, her mother left to work in Toronto, Canada. Juday had her professional television debut in 1986, but she gained popularity in 1992, with the hit teleserye, Mara Clara, where she played Mara. Being paired up with some of the best leading men of her time, including Wowie de Guzman, Rico Yan and Piolo Pascual, also helped Juday's career hit an all time high. She is dubbed as Young Superstar and Queen of Philippine Soap Opera and Teleserye. In 2004, Juday met future husband, Ryan Agoncillo, while taping for a new teleserye. The couple wed in a private ceremony in 2009. They have two childred, Yohan and Lucho. Judy Ann Santos-Agoncillo is set to host the latest reality offering of ABS-CBN, I Do, an original reality show that will offer one couple the wedding of their dreams.
